Availability and price

The Therapy Figures Core Set is €129 including VAT, excluding shipping. First delivery is planned for December 2026. If timing changes, we’ll keep the waiting list informed.

Ordering information and shipping charges will be shared before you are asked to make a purchase.

Worldwide, from the Netherlands

We plan to ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Shipping charges and destination-specific delivery estimates are still to be determined and will be confirmed before ordering.

International deliveries may be affected by customs procedures. Any applicable import duties, taxes or other destination charges will be explained in the ordering information where known.

Cancellations and 30-day returns

For future purchases, you may cancel before dispatch by contacting us. If a parcel has already been dispatched, the return process applies.

Our 30-day return offer applies to both consumers and professional/business customers, including therapists and coaches purchasing for their practice.

Notify us within 30 days after delivery at hello@mindformstudio.com. Include your order details and we’ll provide return instructions. Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

You may inspect the set as you would in a shop. Please return all components with care. Use beyond what is needed to assess the product may result in a deduction for reduced value, where permitted.

You cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds and original delivery charges are explained in our terms and conditions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries

Contact hello@mindformstudio.com with your order details, a description of the issue and photographs where useful. We’ll investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy where we are responsible.
