Intended use
Mindform Studio figures are physical visualisation and facilitation tools intended primarily for therapists, psychologists, coaches and other professionals working with individuals, families, relationships and systems.
The figures can be used to make relationships, family structures, interpersonal dynamics and subjective experiences visible and easier to explore during professional conversations.
The products are not intended to provide a medical or psychological diagnosis and do not replace the professional judgement of a qualified practitioner.
Materials
The Mindform Studio figures are made primarily from PLA.
Individual sets may contain additional components or accessories. Relevant product-specific information is provided on the applicable product page or with the product where necessary.
Use with children
Mindform Studio products may be used by professionals when working with children.
When children handle the products, they should do so under the supervision of a responsible adult or professional. The products should be used for their intended therapeutic or visualisation purpose and should not be placed in the mouth or used in a way for which they were not designed.
Safe use and care
Products should be inspected periodically and should no longer be used if a component has become significantly damaged, broken or otherwise unsuitable for safe handling.
PLA products should be kept away from excessive heat, open flames and other conditions that may damage or deform the material.
Use reasonable care when cleaning the products. Avoid high-temperature cleaning methods or aggressive cleaning agents unless specifically stated otherwise in the product instructions.
Product identification and traceability
Where applicable, Mindform Studio products or their packaging include information that allows the product or production batch to be identified.
Customers are encouraged to retain their order information. If you contact us about a product-safety issue, please provide your order number and, where available, the product or batch identification.
Safety concerns and incidents
If you believe that a Mindform Studio product may be unsafe, has caused an injury, or has developed a defect that could create a safety risk, stop using the product and contact us as soon as possible at hello@mindformstudio.com.
Please include a description of the issue, photographs where useful, and the order and product information available to you.
We investigate reported product-safety concerns and will take appropriate corrective action where necessary.
Product safety compliance
Mindform Studio products are developed and supplied in accordance with applicable European product-safety requirements, including the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 where applicable.
We maintain product-safety and technical documentation appropriate to our products and review safety information when products, materials or production methods change.
