This Privacy Policy explains how Mindform Studio handles personal data when you use our website, join the waiting list or contact us. Our website currently collects waiting-list subscriptions; it does not take orders or payments.

2. Information we process
When you join the waiting list, we process the information you enter in the signup form, such as your email address and name, together with subscription status and records relating to signup and consent. If you contact us, we process your contact details and correspondence.
Our hosting and signup providers may process technical information, such as IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and protect their services. Depending on our email settings, MailerLite may also process information about interactions with our emails.
3. Why we use your information
We use waiting-list information to send updates about Therapy Figures, launch timing, availability and future expansions. Marketing subscriptions are based on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
We use correspondence to respond to questions and provide service, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before a contract. Technical processing supports our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Where a legal obligation requires us to retain or disclose information, we rely on that obligation.
We do not sell personal data.
4. MailerLite and the waiting list
We use MailerLite to operate our signup form, manage subscribers and send emails on our behalf. The form connects to MailerLite so that it can display and process your subscription. MailerLite receives the information needed to provide these services.
Joining the waiting list does not place an order, reserve stock or create an obligation to purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal.
5. Website analytics and cookies
We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or remarketing trackers on this website. The site uses an embedded MailerLite signup form, which may use technical technologies needed to deliver and protect the form. For more information, read our Cookie Policy.
6. Who receives your information
We share information where needed with MailerLite, our website hosting provider mijn.host, technical service providers and professional advisers. We may also share information with public authorities when legally required.
We require service providers processing information on our behalf to protect it appropriately where required by applicable data-protection law.
7. International processing
Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR applies, international transfers must use a legally recognised safeguard where required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.
8. Retention
We generally retain waiting-list information while you remain subscribed and it is needed for the stated purpose. After you unsubscribe, limited information may be retained to respect your unsubscribe preference and maintain necessary consent or compliance records.
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and resolve the matter and meet any applicable legal obligations. We periodically review the information we retain.
9. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive certain information in a portable format and withdraw consent. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

10. Children and sensitive information
Our online signup activities are intended for adults and professionals. Please do not send unnecessary personal or sensitive information about clients or children through the signup form or email.
11. Security and changes
We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure.
We will update this policy when our services or data practices change, including before introducing new ordering or tracking features. The latest version is published on this website.
